Production

This wine is crafted from carefully chosen Sauvignon Blanc wines from the Loire Valley to produce a fresh, juicy, and approachable style that still captures the grape’s classic characteristics. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for 2 to 3 months, with malolactic fermentation deliberately avoided to preserve the vibrant citrus notes.

A lively and refreshing wine, with aromas of ripe peach and grapefruit. The palate delivers zesty flavours of grapefruit and lemon zest, leading to a crisp, lingering finish.
