PRODUCTION

Crafted from classic Loire grape varieties, Grolleau and Gamay, grown on typical clay and sandy (silica) terroirs. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain its vibrant, fragrant fruit character, the wine is bottled in March following the harvest to preserve its freshness.

TASTING NOTE

A bright watermelon pink hue with enticing summer pudding aromas. The medium-dry palate reveals notes of red apple and perfumed white peach, balanced by a refreshing acidity on the finish.

FOOD MATCH

A delightful apéritif and an excellent match for spicy Indian or Asian dishes.
