More Than Just a Pretty Rosé
This is no ordinary pink wine. Lieux Perdus Pinot Noir Rosé is delicate and dry yet full of character—elegant and refreshing but with enough depth to keep you reaching for another glass. Close your eyes, feel the warmth of the sun, and let the world fade away…
The Story Behind the Wine
Lieux Perdus, meaning ‘Lost Places’, was created to evoke a sense of escape and freedom. To bring this vision to life, we collaborated with artist Timothy Birch, whose artwork perfectly captures the spirit of the wine. Our in-house design team transformed his vision into the label you see today.
The Pinot Noir grapes for this rosé are sourced from vineyards near the renowned Bassin de Thau and the historic town of Pézenas in the Languedoc. Crafted using the rosé de presse method—where the grapes are gently pressed to extract delicate colour without tannins—this wine is vinified like a fine white to preserve its vibrant aromatics and fresh, pure fruit flavours. To lock in its crisp, bright character, it is bottled under a screwcap.
Tasting Notes
A beautifully pale, dry rosé with inviting aromas of fresh strawberries. The palate is silky and full of creamy red fruit flavours, perfectly balanced with a lively blackcurrant-fresh finish.
Food Pairing
Best enjoyed with fresh seafood, light salads, or simply on a sun-drenched terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean, with a cool breeze and good company.
